180 Pop-Shove-it

A 180 pop-shove-it is when you pop the board 180 degrees.

Ok first you have to learn to spin the board. Try to just spin your board 180 degrees without trying to land it first. Then after you get the spinning, try to land it.

IMPORTANT TIPS:
1. Learn this trick while moving. (go at a speed you are comfortable with)
2. when you are going to spin the board lean into the turn then spin it while turning.
3.always keep the board under your feet. If it goes to the left so do you.
4. PRACTICE A LOT!
